As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will join a team dedicated to advancing university digital transformation using ServiceNow and diverse automation platforms such as Jadu, Perceptive Content, and Automation Anywhere. You will lead and coordinate quality assurance initiatives to ensure platform quality, usability, and reliability throughout the development lifecycle. In this role, you will manage software testing and user acceptance processes to ensure seamless platform performance and user satisfaction. You will help create clear, actionable technical documentation and contribute to defining platform specifications and capabilities. Your expertise will also assist in achieving operational excellence by supporting the administration and configuration of automation platforms, including responsibilities such as system monitoring and provisioning.
