Performs administrative duties associated with shipping products from a Fabrication facility. Utilizes Microsoft Outlook and other office programs. Accurately uses an ERP system for inventory movements and completion of shipping paperwork. Effectively communicates with truck drivers, Shipping Team leader, and forklift drivers. Generates paperwork for pulling of products daily and creates truck loads. Accurately labels products and shipments. Other duties may include packaging of products and light assembly. Accurately completes counts and identifies product.

Education and/or experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training is preferred.
Language skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos written in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information in English in one-on-one and small group situations.
Mathematical skills: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, licenses, registrations: Ability to be certified for forklift.
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be high, depending on area.
