Workday Senior Analyst

Vishay is seeking a full-time Workday Senior Analyst to join our global HRIS team. As we embark on the journey of centralizing our HR technologies and processes globally, this role will ensure accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday โ€“ our Global Human Resources platform.

Job locations for this opportunity include Malvern, PA. However, candidates from other locations, including those seeking remote work, are also encouraged to apply.

What You Will Be Doing

The responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and maintaining various modules within Workday, including US Payroll, Time Tracking, Reporting, and Security.
  • Collaborating with the project team, HR personnel, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  • Leveraging consulting skills, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to integrate Workday functionalities seamlessly into the business ecosystem.
  • Proactively optimizing and maintaining the Workday system to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conducting end-user training sessions, addressing user queries, and facilitating workshops to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities.
  • Investigating system issues and errors reported by users, providing timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Working with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.
  • Staying informed about Workday releases, new features, and industry trends related to HR technology.
  • What You Will Bring Along

    The qualifications include:

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or rollout of Core HCM modules for American, European, and/or APAC customer businesses.
    • Proficient understanding of core HCM localization and legislative requirements in various countries.
    • Proven competence and relevant experience in leading or supporting workshops focused on Workday Core HCM modules in at least one project.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules.
    • Hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Modules, particularly those beyond Core HCM.
    • Occasional travel as per business need.
