KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services practice. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD implementations
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, business processes, and change management activities
  • Adhere to KPMG story writing standards
  • Conform to KPMG acceptance criteria writing standards
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow HRSD in a managed services or consulting environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow design
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel as required
