Position Details: Agents meet with current and prospective clients to discuss and analyze insurance needs, sell products to meet those needs, and to provide customer service. Company is known throughout the industry for its quality products, outstanding service, and ethical behavior. Agents:

• Identify prospects in our target market
• Meet with potential customers, and using specific needs analysis tools determine potential areas of need based on long-range financial objectives
• Make product recommendations to fit both the need and the client's budget
• Build and maintain a long-term relationship with the client conducting a review at least annually
• Service existing customers as required

Job Requirements: 4 year college degree or 1-3 years experience in a role involving sales and marketing. Successful work or academic record. Genuine desire to help people.
