Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operations Rotation: Take direction from and support the Project Manager and/or Superintendent on assigned project tasks.
  • Estimating Rotation: Take direction from and support senior team members on estimating duties as assigned.
  • General: Demonstrate understanding of LF Driscoll's core values: Culture of Safety, Client First, Integrity & Transparency, Collaboration, Innovation and Excellence. Be an ambassador for and support LF Driscoll's Safety 360 initiative. Participate in RPE Programs, such as annual Bootcamp. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General construction knowledge preferred, with 0 - 2 years working in the industry.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with PlanGrid, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC a plus!
