Retail Customer Service Representative

Now hiring ASAP in Enola, PA! The Retail Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for individuals visiting retail locations during the open enrollment period. This role is responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming experience while supporting appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting both walk-in and scheduled customers
• Scheduling appointments via phone and in-person, using probing questions to understand customer needs
• Answering basic inquiries related to health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services
• Processing member information and documentation
• Accepting and processing payments
• Collaborating with sales representatives and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Additional skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (customer-facing is a plus)
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience with a CRM
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-volume, in-person interactions with professionalism

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Enola, PA. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
