Remote Member Services Representative

Pay Rate: $16.50 for monolingual, $17.50 for bilingual Spanish.

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our call center. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients by answering questions, assisting with plan selections, and guiding them through healthcare-related services under the Health Choices Program. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
• Document all calls and interactions accurately in the system
• Provide clear, helpful information about healthcare services and behavioral health providers
• Guide callers through plan choices and plan transfer processes
• Refer callers to appropriate resources when necessary
• Participate in outreach and enrollment activities as needed
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals (KPIs)
• Adhere to call center scripts and compliance guidelines
• Report issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow scripts and adhere to program guidelines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in data entry and using basic computer systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
