The Turbine Services Planner/Scheduler (Outage) is responsible for the development and control of the discipline schedules including balancing the workload by obtaining input from available resources with the emphasis on schedule consistency and workability, which supports meeting all Outage indicators. Successfully maintaining accurate schedules throughout development, execution, and publishing updated discipline schedules as required. Turbine Services scheduler will also be responsible to support work package customization when additional planning support is required.
Primary duties and accountabilities include: planning and preparing work instructions that provide direction for corrective maintenance repairs, performance of preventive maintenance, and the implementation of modifications. Conducting field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance, modification, and surveillance activities and to provide input for refining and improving work package quality. Developing, revising, and reviewing maintenance procedures to facilitate and enhance work package development, maintain compliance with codes, standards, and vendor recommendation, and maintenance direction. Coordinating, developing, and updating schedules to ensure an accurate product for use in effective planning, resource allocation, parts acquisitions, and schedule execution. Developing detailed, accurate, and usable schedules and reports to provide effective management tools for execution and feedback. Coordinating with work management departments as required to ensure interactive components in the schedule can be met. Assisting in the development of contingency plans by working with Project Managers and Field Leads. Supporting planning with work package customization.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience OR current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 2 years of related experience OR Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience OR high school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience OR maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
Preferred qualifications include work schedule program knowledge (P6), asset management knowledge (Asset Suite), and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) training as applies to discipline in reactor or turbine projects.
