Are you passionate about helping kids be their best selves? UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics is hiring a Part-Time Patient Services Representative to support the office in Coraopolis. Weekend and evening availability required to support the hours of operation. Customer service experience preferred. Responsibilities include patient interaction, scheduling, support, technology, financial advocacy, compliance, and admin tasks. Completion of high school or equivalent is required. Experience with personal computer-based applications, various office equipment, and proficient typing skills preferred. Two years of experience in a medical, billing, fiscal, or customer service role preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Prior experience with Medipac, Epic, or other health records systems preferred. Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, Act 73.
