Patient Services Representative
Are you passionate about helping kids be their best selves? UPMC Children's Community Pediatrics is hiring a full-time patient services representative to support the office in Pittsburgh. Weekend and evening availability required to support the hours of operation. EPIC experience preferred. Responsibilities include patient interaction, scheduling, support, technology, financial advocacy, compliance, and admin tasks. Completion of high school or equivalent, experience with personal computer-based applications, various office equipment, and proficient typing skills preferred. Two years of experience in a medical, billing, fiscal, or customer service role preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
