Position: Patient Service Coordinator with the Hillman Cancer Center in Seneca, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, daylight hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
No evenings, weekends, or holidays are required! The Patient Service Coordinator is an advanced Medical Assistant type role. This position will be utilized in a dual capacity; at times the staff member will be asked to function as a Medical Assistant, rooming and triaging patients, stocking supplies, cleaning rooms, etc. At other times, this staff member will be asked to function in the business office where they will answer phones, schedule patients, check in and check out patients, and other duties as assigned.
At least three years of direct patient care experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
High School graduate or equivalent required. Minimum of three years of direct patient care and or phlebotomy experience. Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology, examination, diagnostic and treatment room responsibilities. Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with individuals from multi-disciplinary groups. Possesses excellent organizational skills.
