Join our dynamic sales team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll play a vital role in growing our residential and small business customer base. This position involves direct, door-to-door customer engagement to promote Empire Access's high-speed fiber services. You'll educate potential customers about the advantages of fiber optic internet and what sets Empire Access apart from the competition. Assigned a specific territory, you'll generate leads, build relationships, and drive new customer acquisition.
No prior sales experience required---just a strong desire to succeed and a positive attitude! Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to quickly build rapport. Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills to consistently meet sales goals. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Ability to gracefully handle rejection and counter objections in a consultative manner. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with required event participation. Neat personal appearance and professional demeanor. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while meeting and talking to potential customers. Must have a valid driver's license. Working Conditions: Frequent walking and standing during door-to-door outreach. Travel within your assigned sales territory is required.
Pay Range: Base salary, plus commission with an on target earnings of $90,000 with the potential to exceed $150,000 through uncapped commissions. Empire Access is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
