As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. The Opportunity As part of the Managed Services - Workday - Application Evolution Services team you support, maintain, manage, and evolve Workday applications that support Finance, Human Resources, and IT business functions. As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You also build and manage client delivery teams, develop Application Managed Services or Evolution Services, and mentor a global talent delivery team. Responsibilities include defining strategic direction for Workday applications, leading business development and client engagement, overseeing multiple projects and confirming client satisfaction, building and managing client delivery teams, developing and evolving Application Managed Services, mentoring and guiding a global talent delivery team, making impactful decisions to drive growth, and fostering a culture of quality and integrity.

What You Must Have includes a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience. What Sets You Apart includes experience developing Application Managed Services or Evolution Services, understanding and solving business and technology challenges, leading mid to large sales pursuits, growing, developing and mentoring a global talent delivery team, understanding Workday application market trends, conducting industry, market, competitive and chain analysis, developing business cases and understanding underlying ROI, conducting customer segmentations and developing associated segment strategies, and developing customer centric operating models.
