Our Managed Services Representatives guide customers in planning and implementing their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. We value speed, organization, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Your role will involve planning annual Security Training and Assessment programs, developing strategies, and managing customer accounts.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and customer management skills, and the ability to adapt quickly. Experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Project is a plus.
