Level 1 Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Greensburg, PA and provide end-user support. There could be overnight stays required for a couple of areas. Reimbursement for gas and stays will be provided. The work schedule will be M-F 7:30am-4:30pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare workstations / work environment
• Reimage devices as needed
• Configure PCs for use
• Travel to remote facilities to complete inventory, upgrades
• PC upgrades at Distribution control center
• Site audits and PC refreshes and different corporate sites
• Other Desktop related projects

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to other corporate facilities

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $23.35 - $35.20 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
