IT Account Services Representative

Yoh has an immediate, 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity for an IT Account Services Analyst to support our client, within the non profit/humanitarian industry in a remote capacity, EST or CST time zone. Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM EST. Max Hourly Rate: $18/hr. Location must clearly be located on resume.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Active Directory and other enterprise systems
• Managing group memberships, permissions, and role-based access controls
• Processing account requests from HR feeds, service tickets, and automated workflows
• Performing periodic audits of user accounts and access rights
• Troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues
• Supporting identity management across applications like Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms
• Collaborating with application owners to maintain accurate access mappings
• Maintaining documentation and generating reports for compliance and audits
• Identifying opportunities to streamline account management processes
• Assisting in automation and self-service implementation

Who You Are:

• 2+ year of experience in IT support, identity & access management, or account services
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user provisioning
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms
• Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and strong understanding of IAM principles and security best practices
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during evening hours
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO) is a plus
• ITIL Foundations a plus
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
