Insight Global is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a client of ours in Delson, Quebec (Montreal). In this position, you will be responsible for building rapport with current and new customers, providing product advice and technical support, and preparing quotations and sales orders. You will close accounts by handling inquiries via phone calls and email, and entering information into company databases. Your role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards by implementing process improvements and conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues. Additionally, you will develop quotations by analyzing customer specifications and aligning them with the company's sales strategy and technical capabilities. You will be required to stay knowledgeable about products and industry developments, work closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and timely preparation of reports, and source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts.
