As an HR Systems Advisor, you play a critical role in ensuring that HR teams and business leaders effectively utilize their systems. Your strategic mindset and expertise contribute to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities

- Empowerment and Strategic Consulting:

  • Build strong working relationships with various HR and business teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to maximize the value of HR systems.
  • Provide strategic guidance on system utilization, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Adopt a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset to bring collaborative and effective solutions to stakeholders.

- Configuration Support:

  • Offer ongoing configuration support for HR systems that maximizes our core system's capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot issues, customize settings, and enhance system functionality based on the needs of the business and HR partners.

- Data Flows and Education:

  • Understand data flows between different HR systems.
  • Educate stakeholders on data integration, ensuring seamless information exchange.

- Data Governance Implementation:

  • Provide guidance on implementing data governance practices for HR systems.
  • Work with HR Teams to implement data governance best practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

- 4 years of experience with administering HR systems and data management.

- Strong communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with systems administration for Ceridian/Dayforce HCM
  • Experience with systems administration for iCims ATS
