We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Linwood, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process and supporting employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting and a strong commitment to enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates with relevant experience.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company needs.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate records and streamline the hiring process.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including coordinating new employee orientations.
• Assist employees with inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive workplace experience.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to maintain accurate employee records and support HR operations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency in corporate recruiting and talent sourcing strategies.
• Strong skills in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and their functionalities.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
• Ability to facilitate engaging and informative orientations for new employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address employee inquiries.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
