Janitor Position

Join our team as a Janitor, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a hospital setting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that operating rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces are kept clean and sanitary.

Responsibilities:

• Clean operating rooms and common areas.
• Remove trash and waste materials.
• Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming tasks.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in cleaning, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Ability to disinfect and sanitize various areas.
• Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidates should have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.

Work Environment:

Work in a hospital setting, including operating and emergency rooms. Uniforms, including a scrub top, will be provided. The position operates on all three shifts, with current openings for hours from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
