This position is responsible for performing basic to advanced maintenance functions, procedures, activities, and responsibilities associated with working on gas compression packages under general guidance. Duties include learning from and assisting other senior level technicians with servicing, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of both gas fired and electric driven compressor packages. The purpose of the Service Technician II level is to acquire proficiency in performing advanced maintenance, new equipment installation, and overhaul actions with limited supervision that will allow for progression to the Sr. Service Technical level.
