Position details include delivering therapy services and coordinating care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness. Hybrid work is available.

Merakey Mental Health Outpatient (MHOP) offers a billable service bonus system, licensure supervision opportunities, and Evidence-Based Practice Training and Certifications for eligible therapists for: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).
