Family Service Worker

Location: Mount Union

Position Information: Part Year/Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday

Description:

- Home visits with families on an as-needed basis

- Write goals with families to help meet their needs

- Supports parents in accessing services and supports

- Engages families in meetings, trainings, and activities within the program

- Helps parents to meet their children's health needs and requirements of the program

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Development and Family Studies or Social Work or Associate Degree in Human Services is preferred. Must possess, at minimum, a high school diploma or GED and be committed to completion of a Family Services Credential within 18 months of hire. Must possess a valid PA driver's license and an accident-free driving record.

Working hours are scheduled based upon the needs of the program. Employee will be required to work evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.38 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
