Your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, helpful, and professional support.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department.
• Provide product/service information and support customer onboarding where applicable.
• Balance multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance the customer experience and address recurring issues.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (1+ years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Technical troubleshooting capabilities are an advantage.
