Job Description

Responsible for assisting a partner's external customers and Field Teams. Tasks include handling customer calls, inquiries, and part order processing. Support resolution of customer inquiries regarding parts and service dispatch. Maintain data accurately in SAP and CRM systems.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate resolution of customer/field issues
  • Use SAP and CRM systems to handle customer/field calls and requests via phone, CRM, email, etc.
  • Manage customer calls and part order processes
  • Provide dispatch services and manage Dispatch console for the field
  • Update Installment Reports

Skills and Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in business or technical discipline with 6 months of experience in areas such as call centers, customer relations/facing, or relevant experience
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree Deep knowledge of SAP Technical Troubleshooting
