As a Customer Service Representative at The Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will provide support by processing orders. You will be responsible for accurate input of customer orders by phone, fax, EDI, and email. You will support dealer, export, eCommerce, company-owned stores, and Home Center customers in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico according to established policies. You will be in a hybrid role (3 days in office) reporting to the Senior Supervisor of Customer Service.

Education in business management, marketing, accounting, and computer science is desirable, applicable experience and/or an Associate's degree is required. 2+ years in a customer service function or retail environment. Bilingual speaking skills (such as Spanish or French) would be great!
