We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at Itoh Denki USA Inc., a leading manufacturer of electrical motors for the material handling industry. We are seeking a dependable, responsible individual for a full-time position within our Customer Service Department. This position provides an opportunity for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain customer orders into the company's database
• Assist with sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Work closely with customer service, sales, engineering, and production team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and coordinating the flow of quotations
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders
• Identify and resolve any issues related to order entry and customer service
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role within an office environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
