The Client Services Leader provides management oversight and support to assigned client billing teams while serving as the primary representative for team performance. This position consistently analyzes and communicates performance against client expectations and develops action plans for necessary resolutions.

This is a hybrid role with a corporate-type office location. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for earlier or later hours. Starting September 2025, the schedule will be three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days remote (Monday and Friday). Occasional travel, up to 25% of the time, may be required, including travel to other states depending on client location.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for company benefits. Medical, dental, vision options, Life / AD&D, flexible spending account. Full benefits package available for review.
