As an Associate Director for Organon's Enterprise Services and Solutions (ESS) End User Computing Team, you will play a critical role in implementing strategies that drive innovation, automation, manage risks, and ensure the effective delivery of technology solutions. This position is responsible for the management of Modern Workplace devices, including oversight of Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) infrastructure, managing the Organon build images, security and vulnerability patching, and application packaging and deployment. The role requires strong leadership to manage, automate, deploy and support operations and encompasses strategic planning for implementing Modern Workplace technologies including associated tools and processes. The position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
