About This Role

The sales intern will be responsible for providing support to Lycoming's Sales, Marketing, and IT departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a Customer Relationship Management System to manage customer interactions, track order backlog and shipment history and available publications/announcements.
• Engage with IT to help shape and test an Oracle based online ordering portal for Lycoming's website.
• Knowledge Management and Interactive Workflow System: Create a central repository for agents to access guides, step-by-step instructions, and reference materials to help them resolve common issues quickly.
• Provides agents with prompts and step-by-step instructions to guide them through specific customer interactions and troubleshooting processes.
• Participate in cross functional project team meetings.

Qualifications

Student should be pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Business, Business Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint and Access. SQL, Oracle, and VBA experience and knowledge base. You will not now, or in the future, require sponsorship (i.e. H-1B visa, etc.) to legally work in the U.S.
