About This Role

The sales intern will be responsible for providing support to Lycoming's Sales, Marketing, and IT departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a Customer Relationship Management System to manage customer interactions, track order backlog and shipment history and available publications/announcements.
• Engage with IT to help shape and test an Oracle based online ordering portal for Lycoming's website.
• Knowledge Management and Interactive Workflow System: Create a central repository for agents to access guides, step-by-step instructions, and reference materials to help them resolve common issues quickly. Provides agents with prompts and step-by-step instructions to guide them through specific customer interactions and troubleshooting processes.
• Participate in cross functional project team meetings.

Qualifications

Student should be pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Business, Business Analytics, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint and AccessSQL, Oracle and VBA experience and knowledge base.
