Penn State Human Resources (HR) is seeking a Lead Human Resources Assistant to provide outstanding support to the HR Data and Onboarding (D&O) team. This position will report to the Data & Onboarding Manager assisting with developing resources, training materials, and conducting training for team members and/or employees University wide. Additionally, this position will be expected to be versatile and knowledgeable in all three of the D&O team's (Data Blue, Data White & Onboarding) responsibilities; and will be assigned across the teams, as needed, depending on work volumes and staffing.

The successful candidate must demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, professionalism, the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and a high degree of sensitivity in handling confidential information. Proficiency in Office365 suite is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written; the ability to effectively learn and utilize new technologies; and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications: Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Certifications: None.

Salary & Benefits: The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $42,100.00 - $61,000.00.
