The specialist will play a key role in daily operations, business development initiatives, and the creation of innovative, forward-thinking processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Boca Raton office
• Support Financial Professionals with client service and business development
• Support and manages CRM processes for financial professionals by optimizing workflows, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing client relationship processes
• Research and identify new market opportunities
• Develop and implement efficient business processes
• Foster collaborative relationships across the team
• Embrace challenges with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Base Range: $65,000 - $85,000
