The Phone & Fax Support Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and supporting enterprise communication systems. This position is responsible for managing user accounts, troubleshooting phone devices, and ensuring accurate and efficient fax operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering clear guidance to end users.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear documentation and user guides
- Familiarity with enterprise phone and fax systems preferred
