Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven, our Peloton Operations Experts are essential to ensuring seamless behind-the-scenes operations within Peloton's retail showroom and studio. They are the backbone of store logistics and execution, owning everything from shipping and receiving to inventory management, visual merchandising, and apparel operations. Our Operations Experts not only keep our store running smoothly but also support the selling team by maintaining an exceptional in-store experience and assisting customers as needed.
This is a physically active position, involving frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting items weighing 25 lbs or more.
