Peloton is undergoing a pivotal transformation in how Enterprise Technology (ET) operates—moving beyond "keeping the lights on" to becoming a trusted, strategic partner that enables the business to move faster, smarter, and more securely. As the Director of Strategy & Operations, you will be the primary engine driving this transformation.
You will act as the "Chief of Staff" for the CIO organization, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational execution. You will be responsible for maturing our operating model, establishing a unified technology fabric, and ensuring that our "Top 25" initiatives—from AI-powered innovation to global supply chain tech—are delivered with excellence. You will be at the forefront of Peloton's digital future. This role gives you the authority to reshape our internal operating model, ensuring that our foundation is as high-performance and innovative as the products we deliver to our members.
Lead the Enterprise Technology Program Management Office (ETPMO) to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will track deliverables across functions (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and timely execution
Build and manage the ET Monthly Business Review (MBR) process. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to spend, system stability, technical debt reduction, and team productivity
Partner with the CIO and ET leadership to develop and maintain the Enterprise Tech Roadmap. You will ensure IT priorities are aligned with broader business goals, focusing on "Fueling Growth" and "Operations Excellence"
Act as a "Relationship Manager" and "Integration Advisor," building trust through transparency and proactive engagement with business unit leaders
Serve as a Culture Champion, designing and leading team-building activities that foster a "One Peloton" mindset. You will lead efforts to evolve the ET team from "Tech Providers" to "Business Thinkers"
Manage the projected spend for the CIO organization (including InfoSec and Product Systems) and track YTD savings against budget
12+ years in Operations, Strategy, or Technical Program Management, with a focus on supporting large-scale enterprise technology organizations
Proven track record in building and scaling a PMO, managing multi-million dollar budgets, and establishing managed services with strict SLAs
Familiarity with the technology needs of global business footprints, including manufacturing, warehousing, and administrative functions
Understanding of how to integrate AI and automation into business workflows to simplify complexity and unlock value
Exceptional executive-level reporting skills, with the ability to present complex operational data to the C-suite
You can translate a vision like "Code to Competitive Edge" into a concrete, executable plan with clear milestones and owners
You excel at connecting systems, data, and teams to create a unified technology ecosystem
You believe in "Enhancing Explainability" and use statistical forecasting and data insights to drive decision-making
You are comfortable leading through ambiguity and are passionate about maturing organizational processes from "reactive" to "strategic"
