Pelican Bay Foundation
Pelican Bay Foundation is the premier luxury community in Naples, FL. One of the area's largest exclusive enclaves, situated on more than three square miles and bordered by pristine white-sand beaches, our community offers the most diverse slate of amenities and activities anywhere in the region.
The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and two private beachfront restaurants, two racquets' facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land.
What You'll Do
- Provide membership related services to the nearly 6,500 units servicing almost 14,000 members of the Pelican Bay Foundation
- Manage all lobby staff both Guest and Member Services
- Manage and maintain the computer database for all members
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times
- Greet and assist members and their guests making them feel welcomed
- Ability to answer phone, email, website and in-person inquiries in a timely manner
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by members and guests
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines
Requirements
Education
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Hospitality experience required
Skills & Experience
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk 75% of the time
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Northstar or similar platform
- Background in Hospitality, Club or Community industry highly preferred, but not required
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a leadership role
