- Experienced in high-growth startup environments or management consulting, ideally with 6+ years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decisions and uncover insights
- Excellent communication skills, especially in presenting to senior leadership
- Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving results
