- The Member Operations Coordinator role involves building and expanding the Member Operations department at Pelago to deliver a best-in-class member experience
- Responsibilities include member triage, care coordination, onboarding support, appointment scheduling, and handling general inquiries
- The role requires utilizing clinical skills to support member continuity of care and working closely with the clinical team to coordinate member experience
- The Coordinator will also be involved in creating process documentation, such as standard operating procedures and process flows, to support the build-out of new processes

âš¡ Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a clinical setting, with an RN license, Licensed Clinical Therapist, or Drug and Alcohol Counselor background
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with members and the clinical team
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently and be accountable for member care coordination
- Passion for helping others and excitement about the mission of Pelago in substance use management
- Comfortable in a member-facing role, with experience working with Google Suite and problem-solving skills
