Reporting Manager: Support Execution Leads

Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1, L1.5 & L2 technical support for Core Banking functions, merchant and Biller management. Initial 3 months will be to get KT, shadow support and start taking up Primary support by 4th month

Job Requirements – Senior Process and Tech support leads with domain knowledge in Core Banking, Merchant, Billers and Payment processing system. Basic knowledge of technology in Java, SQL is preferred
