What You Will Do

  • Dailies: You will take on tasks independently in the daily business and handle 3rd level inquiries, always with a focus on the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Behind the Scenes: You will gain insight into our operational processes and assist in reporting, analysis, and optimization of our key performance indicators.
  • Own Wording Concepts: You will develop customer-friendly response templates and actively participate in complaint management.
  • Service Provider Coordination: You will support the coordination of our customer service partner and assist in creating smooth and efficient processes.
  • Process Improvement: You will analyze daily business processes, develop improvement suggestions, and implement your own ideas.
  • Cross-Departmental Work: You will closely collaborate with colleagues from logistics, e-commerce, and more to ensure a seamless B2C process.

What You Bring

Education: You are studying business, marketing, communication sciences, service management, or a comparable field, or you are in a gap year.

Strengths: You think customer-oriented, work solution-focused, and bring a hands-on mentality. Communication is your strength – especially in German – and you approach new tasks creatively and structured.

Profile: You feel confident in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. You organize yourself independently, work reliably, and are eager to take on responsibility in a team.
