The Graphic Services Specialist provides comprehensive design and customer support services for a variety of printed and visual communication products. This role supports the creation and production of signs, posters, pamphlets, stationery, nameplates, certificates, banners, and other graphic materials based on customer specifications. The specialist collaborates closely with DLA Document Services to coordinate and fulfill project requests, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include consulting with customers to assess project needs, recommending effective graphic and visual design solutions, tracking and managing document requests within established systems, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Individuals will work in an office environment and be responsible for performing a variety of related tasks. Due to customer demands, the position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. While the role is primarily independent, the individual is also part of a team and must be able to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. This position will include exposure to studio-related fumes. The work environment characteristics described are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
Many of the positions through the Business Services Division require security clearance. Thus, the candidate/employee must pass and maintain appropriate security and background checks as required for each area and/or contract.
