As an architect (m/w/d) you are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of exciting construction projects. You develop creative concepts, coordinate specialists, and accompany projects from the first draft to the final handover. Tasks

• Planning, coordination, and implementation of renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance measures
• Participation in the conception and design of projects in building management
• Creation of CAD plans, specifications, and building permits
• Accompaniment of construction projects in all performance phases (HOAI)
• Interface between internal departments, service providers, and clients
• Support in the optimization of building structures with regard to energy efficiency and sustainability

Qualification

• Completed study in architecture (Dipl.-Ing., M.A., B.A. etc.)
• Experience in the field of building management, facility management, or technical planning environment is advantageous
• Secure handling of CAD software
• Knowledge of HOAI and VOB
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working method
• Team spirit, communication skills, and organizational talent
