Live Game Operations Manager
Pearl Abyss — the team behind Black Desert — is seeking a high-performing, innovative, results-oriented and customer-obsessed Live Game Operations Manager to help accelerate our gaming reach to millions of customers across all screens (PC, Mobile, Console, etc.) in Europe. The Live Game Operations Manager will be in a highly collaborative role and work with results-oriented teams -- Live-ops, Marketing, Project Management, Public Relations, etc. You will join a diverse and dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms and games such as Black Desert and upcoming releases such as Crimson Desert, DokeV and PLAN 8. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to ensure all Pearl Abyss current and future titles will achieve European goals.
Responsibilities
- Effectively and independently handle communication between multiple teams worldwide through various channels
- Collaborate with senior management, providing reports and updates for operational projects and tasks
- Develop and execute operational plans and goals, monitoring and regularly reporting on live service issues
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Lead projects from planning to execution, managing the entire scope of the project from defining objectives to post-analysis
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- (IF SENIOR)Lead and mentor junior members, providing guidance and support for their professional development
- Take care of ad-hoc projects as needed
