Our client — a high-growth U.S.-based technology company operating in the SaaS and data intelligence space — is looking for a Recruiter / Operations Specialist to ensure all recruiting operations run seamlessly. This role serves as the operational backbone of the recruiting process, keeping communications, scheduling, and candidate pipelines moving without a single step falling through the cracks.
You'll work 1:1 with the founders of one of the fastest-growing startups in the U.S., ensuring that recruiting efforts are executed with precision, urgency, and exceptional communication. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, highly organized, and an exceptional writer who can manage multiple threads at once, anticipate next steps, and mirror the founder's communication tone with candidates and stakeholders.
