Role Overview

We're hiring an Operations Manager for a B2B marketing and creative agency that builds high-performing websites, runs SEO content programs at scale, and drives marketing strategy for ambitious startups and growth-stage companies. In this role, you'll own the operational backbone of the agency—designing systems, refining workflows, introducing automations, and ensuring flawless project delivery. You'll work directly with the CEO, keeping both internal teams and clients aligned, and ensuring the agency runs with clarity, speed, and quality.

Your Impact

As the agency's operational architect, you'll:

• Create and optimize systems that improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Keep projects running smoothly by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Implement process improvements that allow the team to scale faster without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure every client touchpoint is clear, professional, and confidence-building.

Core Responsibilities

• Join client meetings, track all action items, and ensure alignment between clients and internal teams.
• Build and refine Notion-based project management systems to streamline delivery.
• Create and maintain SOPs for all recurring processes.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and resources across multiple projects.
• Review deliverables—from websites to SEO articles—approving only when flawless.
• Introduce AI tools and automation to reduce repetitive work and accelerate output.
• Organize and manage assets to ensure the team always has what they need.
• Support the client's own marketing presence—updating the website, social channels, and newsletter.
