Growth & Lead Systems Manager

Our client is redefining local lead generation through automation and AI. With over 60 local SEO-optimized properties across North America, it generates high-intent leads for blue-collar service businesses. The company is building the infrastructure to replace traditional local marketing agencies with scalable, AI-powered platforms.

Our client is seeking a strategic and technically fluent Growth & Lead Systems Manager with deep expertise in PPC, Google Ads, and Analytics. This is not a standard media buying role; you'll design and run scalable acquisition systems, automate operations, and directly own the funnel from click to conversion. Key Responsibilities

Paid Media & Lead Generation

  • Own and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple service brands
  • Prioritize campaigns achieving <$25 CPL and 30+ qualified leads/month
  • Develop structured testing frameworks for creative, bidding, and audience targeting
  • Launch and optimize PPC-driven landing pages (Webflow, Replit, CMS integrations) to maximize conversion rates

Analytics & Attribution

  • Build and maintain a unified analytics stack across GA4, Tag Manager, and WhatConverts
  • Create attribution models to track form fills, phone calls, and ad-driven conversions
  • Standardize tracking SOPs and design scalable dashboards for performance reporting
  • Translate data insights into actionable campaign optimizations and growth strategies

Automation & Growth Systems

  • Use Zapier, Make, and Python scripts to automate reporting, lead scoring, and campaign workflows
  • Develop scalable systems for campaign deployment and optimization at volume
  • Contribute to an automation-first playbook for managing 60+ digital properties

Innovation & Strategy

  • Experiment with next-gen ad formats, AI-powered landing pages, and lead-handling workflows
  • Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns and optimize CPL across verticals
  • Create and refine SOPs for PPC and attribution systems
