Role Overview
The Growth & Content Marketing Specialist owns end-to-end organic growth initiatives, focusing on content, SEO, and data-driven experimentation. This individual contributor role exists to scale current growth channels while identifying and testing new opportunities. The role blends creative execution with analytical rigor and works closely with company leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically curious, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

Core Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth – 30%
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search intent and discoverability.
- Improve on-page SEO, internal linking, and overall content structure.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content performance metrics.
- Support backlink development and content amplification initiatives.
Analytics & Optimization – 30%
- Monitor content and growth KPIs using analytics dashboards.
- Run experiments to improve CTRs, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Synthesize insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously refine growth strategies based on performance data.
Content Strategy & Execution – 25%
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across blogs, landing pages, email, and social channels.
- Translate growth objectives into clear content themes and editorial calendars.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and SEO best practices.
- Produce technical, developer-focused content in collaboration with internal teams.
Distribution & Channel Growth – 15%
- Manage content distribution across owned and earned channels.
- Repurpose content for social platforms, newsletters, and community spaces.
- Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, communities, and emerging channels.
- Test and iterate on messaging to improve reach and engagement.
