About the Role
A technically strong individual contributor with front-end leadership capabilities. This hire will immediately own feature delivery across the company's web application (built in React + Next.js + TypeScript), with strong alignment to UI component standardization, modular architecture, and clean, scalable code. Back-end familiarity (Node.js, Dockerized local dev environments) is a plus but not mandatory. This is not a systems architect role—this is a fast-execution IC hire focused on front-end component velocity and product readiness.
